A mechanical engineer by training, Aaron holds a Bachelors in Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India, and a Masters in Engineering management from RMIT University, Australia. He has had experience across India and USA, having worked with established companies such as Howden and Chart and mid sized organizations like NADI Airtechnics.

Maria holds a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, India. As a Partner at McKinsey, she has led several programs to drive profitability improvements, operational efficiencies and business growth across India, North America and Europe.

Dr. Maryann Fernandez completed her bachelors in medicine (M.B.B.S.) from Stanley Medical College Chennai and is one of the founders of Fuel Line Engineers along with her husband, Mr. G. J. Fernandez. She was an integral part in establishing the company based on her experience with her father's company, Douglas Engineers, a supplier of fuel injection pipes between the 1970s-1990s.
